Product is rubbish the light housing is a plastic that can’t stand heat so it melted 1 day after install. The fan then failed completely after 3 months. After removing it I found moisture on all of the electrics. I’ve been told after 14 days they won’t refund me but when I asked for a refund of 50% after the one day it broke they said 20% was it or a replacement (which wouldn’t fix the issue as the thing is designed and built with unsuitable materials). I’ve left off leaving a review given that I thought they might deal with the issues affectively. But the only option they give is a replacement claiming that after 14 days the offer of a return and refund isn’t an option but when I initially contacted them there was no offer of a return and refund. .Honestly don’t bother it’s not worth dealing with the terrible quality, poor treatment & lies from customer service. Avoid like the plague

Le produit est nul. Le boîtier de l'éclairage est en plastique et ne supporte pas la chaleur. Il a donc fondu un jour après l'installation. Le ventilateur est ensuite tombé en panne au bout de trois mois. Après l'avoir démonté, j'ai constaté de l'humidité sur tous les composants électriques. On m'a dit qu'après 14 jours, ils ne me rembourseraient pas, mais lorsque j'ai demandé un remboursement de 50 % après le jour où l'appareil est tombé en panne, ils m'ont proposé 20 % ou un remplacement (ce qui ne résoudrait pas le problème, car l'appareil est conçu et fabriqué avec des matériaux inappropriés). J'ai renoncé à laisser un avis, pensant qu'ils pourraient régler le problème efficacement. Mais la seule option qu'ils proposent est un remplacement, sous prétexte qu'après 14 jours, le retour et le remboursement ne sont plus possibles. Or, lorsque je les ai contactés, ils n'ont rien proposé. Franchement, ne vous inquiétez pas, la qualité est déplorable, le service client est déplorable et les mensonges du service client sont injustifiés. À fuir comme la peste.
